The Belle Terra community is located within the rolling countryside of Loudoun
County, in Northern Virginia. The community is conveniently close to major thoroughfares, such as
the Loudoun County Parkway and the Greenway, but nicely sheltered from the hustle and bustle of
suburban life. It is also located within a mile of the planned location for the Dulles Metro
Station. Until the Metro is available, Loundoun County also provides a commuter bus service that
makes Washington DC easily accessible from a nearby Park-and-Ride area.
The community was carefully designed to preserve a rural flavor, with winding
streets, generous common areas, extensive swaths of old-growth trees and three lakes within the
community. In fact, local wildlife can often be seen within the community, including deer, turtles
and other denizens of the wild.
