Management Company
The Management Company manages the day-to-day activities of
the HOA, such as billing for homeowner's dues, paying contractors, etc.
Sequoia is the management company for the HOA. They began managing
Belle Terra starting on November 1, 2005.

The previous management company was Dominion Management. Their tenure ended
October 31, 2005. Their contact information is available below in case anybody still has
any reason to contact them.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has set aside the 3rd Thursday of
each month for a monthly Board Meeting. Starting in August 2009, board
meetings are held at the Ashburn office of Long and Foster, near Giant and
Red Robin. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Click
